Become a Board Member

Do you find development cooperation inspiring? Do you believe in organizations as a way of working together? Do you want to make a difference? Perhaps you should think about joining the board!

The board of Twiga meets monthly to discuss the work of the organization. As part of the board you can develop your skills and get the opportunity to learn new skills. The board consists of seven full members and two substitutes. The board members are chosen for a period of two years and the chairman for a period of one year. As a substitute, you replace the full members when they are unable to participate and vote, but you also take part in the current work of the board. You can be part of the board without having any specific assignment, or you could choose to have a specific role. Most board members have a specific role.
