Become a Trainee

In co-operation with Österlen Peoples College and Forum Syd, Twiga gives you the opportunity to do an internship at our partner organisations in East Africa. For the time being we are offering internships at Mooni Sports Club and Mbale Tigers Table Tennis Club in Mbale, Uganda

The trainee programme is a one-year course consisting of a three months long preparation course at the people’s college in Tomelilla. This is followed by a seven month long internship period at the organisation in Uganda. The programme finishes with a month of report writing and information work in Sweden.

The course is open to young people ages 20 to 30 (Swedish citizens only) with some prior experience in international studies and/or field work/ studies abroad.
