Organization Development Day

Twiga had an organization deveopment day on September the 19th where the board, project managers, representatives from working groups and other active members in the organization gathered in Malmö, Sweden. The goal of the day was to discuss and to find solutions as to how we can improve different areas within the organization. Some subjects raised were the focus and goals of Twiga, communication within the organization, our cooperation partners and the internship course. All project managers attended and some participants had traveled far to be with us this Saturday. We on the board are very greatful for this day and that so many wanted to take part in developing Twiga´s future!
