Welcome to Twiga´s Annual Meeting and Party March 29 2008!

Saturday the 29th of March you have an oppertunity to meet other Twiga members! After the annual meeting there will be a party with food, beer, wine and music so that everyone can spend time together. You are welcome to invite your family and friends too!

Time: The Annual Meeting starts at 3 pm, the party at 5pm

Where? India Däck Bokcafé, Stora Algatan 3 in Lund (behind Kulturen).

Notification: To notify that you are coming please send an email to info [at] twiga [dot] se. the last day to notify is March the 15th. Notification is compulsory both becuse we need to know how much food to make and also becuse of alcohol laws. We will sell food (for 30kr) and drinks.

Voting rights: All the Twiga members that has paid the membership fee for 2007 have voting rights at the meeting.

The agenda and other documents concerning the Annual Meeting will be posted to the Twiga website (twiga.se) at the latest two weeks before the meeting.
