Saying thank you with a lecture

Yesterday, in Thursday the 18th of March 2010, Ulrike Deppert ad Tina Nilsson held a "thank you"-lecture for Hyresgästföreningen. Hyresgästföreningen is a organisation that works for the rights for better housing for all members of the society. 

The have supported the Uganda Committe several years in a row and we offered them a lecture in exchange, to tell them where their money has been invested in. We showed a powerpointpresentation and also a small film clip from our last trip in the summer of 2009. About 120 persons listened to us as we talked about our projects and the house construction that they mainly have sponsored. Many of the came to talk to us afterwards. It was a very successful evening.

The Uganda Committee would like to thank Hyresgästföreningen för their support and we are looking forward to a continued partnership.
